4. Proof of medical and travel insurance for at least 30,000 EUR coverage
5. Proof of sufficient funds to cover the trip
6. Receipt for visa payment
7. An invitation letter from a company registered in Ukraine for a short-term Type C visa
8. A certified copy of the employee’s Ukraine work permit for a long-term Type D visa
9. Copy of immigration permit issued by a local office of Ukraine State Migration Service
