• completing the online visa application form;
• Passport, valid for at least six months;
• Two pieces of photos;
• Acceptance letter from a recognized university or educational centre;

• Letter of financial support (bank account financial report); And
• Visa fee receipt: This fee is $50 for bachelor’s degree candidates, $60 for master’s degree and $70 for doctoral degree.

1. Current Passport (with at least six months of validity ahead of time of stay)
2. Two most recently taken photographs (with applicant’s face in clear view)
3. Flight tickets.
4. Old Passport (if available)
5. Genuine medical documents approving travel.

Tourist / Visitor Visa Documents Checklist in Iran

1. Original passport: The applicant’s passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
2. Visa application form from E-Visa
3. A copy of Hotel reservation and their travel itinerary that should be uploaded.
4. Indian residence card: Applicants with a non-Indian passport are required to upload and provide the Indian residence card (i.e. visa or OCI).
5. Permission of the legal guardian of persons under 18 years of age: The applicant under the age of 18 is required to submit the letter of consent of his / her legal guardian approving for his / her trip to Iran at the Notary Public office along with other documents. (If the legal guardian is present at the consulate general to present the documents, there is no need for notarization).
6. Payment of visa fee and bank receipt.
