Work Visa Documents Checklist in Hungary

1. Valid passport
2. Hungary work visa application form
3. Two passport sized photo
4. Proof of medical insurance
5. Proof of accommodation
6. Financial status
7. If the applicant is a employed
   • An original reference from the workplace
   • Work reference indicating your monthly income.
8. If the applicant is a self – employed
   • The certificate for registration of the company (VOEN)
   • Reference from the ministry of Tax of AR about the tax report for the last six month
   • Documents must confirm that there are no debts and show the salary
9. For the purpose of Employment
   • Diploma
   • Initial employment agreement
10. For the purpose of private business
    • In this case, the documents should be prepared by a lawyer in Hungary, according to the law of Hungary.
11. Copy of following documents
    a. Passport pages with your information and signature.
    b. Copy of all Schengen visas received within the last three years. (if applicable)
    c. ID card.
    d. Schengen Travel Health Insurance.
    e. Flight Ticket.
    f. Copy of marriage certificate with notarized translation into English. (if applicable)
