Study Visa Documents Checklist in Ethiopia

1. Valid passport
2. Original admission letter from recognized Universities/Institutions in  India.
3. Two photographs
4. Authenticated certificates and mark sheets of the last examination passed
5. Satisfactory evidence of financial support
6. Letter of guarantee prescribed by the Embassy duly filled in and witnessed. Â The guarantor (generally the parent(s)) should bring photocopy of his/her identity card and last four months bank statement along with original and sign the form in presence of the consular officer, evidence of transfer of adequate funds for at least four months’ sustenance in India, which is approx. US$ 1500/- by bank transfer or by bank draft or Travellers cheque.

8. Bank statement in the name of the applicant or of the sponsor
9. Ethiopian School Mark list duly attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Original & copy)
10. Student Declaration Form
11. Oral polio and yellow fever vaccination certificate

Work Visa Documents Checklist in Ethiopia

1. Recent passport-size photo of the applicant.
2. Passport of the visa applicant which is valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry to Ethiopia.
3. A letter of support requesting services from the organization he was invited to that has not expired more than one week ago.
4. A letter of support from the minister of labour and social affairs stating that he has granted a work permit
5. Business license of the inviting company.
6. A copy of the WV foreign investor employee visa that was recently extended and the last extension if applicable
7. TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) Certificate of the inviting company.

Tourist / Visitor Visa Documents Checklist in Ethiopia

1. Recent passport-size photo of the applicant.
2. Passport of the visa applicant which is valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry to Ethiopia.
