  • Valid passport at least 6 months
  • All family Aadhar card
  • A-levels, high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Transcript with grades from the last school year
  • Various filled-out forms:
    • Application form for admission
    • Registration form
    • Form for statistics
    • Student document of identification with photograph attached
    • Form for continuation
  • Second photograph
  • Bank receipt indicating payment of the per semester tuition fee if the applicant is not otherwise exempt

Work Visa Documents Checklist in Austria (Schengen visa)

  1. Valid passport at least 6 months.
  2. Completed visa application form.
  3. Valid travel document.
  4. 2 passport-sized photos.
  5. Employment contract.
  6. Proof of bank statement at least 6 months.
  7. Proof of accommodation.
  8. Sufficient travel health insurance.
  9. Proof of connection to your home country (e.g. family ties)

Tourist / Visitor Visa Documents Checklist in Austria (Schengen visa)

  1. Valid Passport (with 6 months validity & 2 blank pages)
  2. Signed Visa Form by the traveller/Applicant with 2 Photos (3.5×4.5 cm, white background and matte finish).(Hard Copy)
  3. Proofs of Sufficient Funds (Bank Account Statement for 6 months, attested & signed by the bank)
  4. Proof of Income being Taxed (Income Tax Returns of 3 years)
  5. Proof of Present Employment or Business (Registration Deed, N.O.C from Employer, Salary Slips from Employer etc.)
  6. Proof of Ownership of Properties, Fixed Deposits, Provident Funds etc. in the applicant’s name (optional).
  7. Travel Itinerary with Day Wise detailed proposal, Hotel Confirmation Voucher & Flight Tickets Copies.
  8. Travel Medical Insurance covering the entire duration of the trip valid in Schengen area. The minimum coverage is 30,000 Euros
  9. If going on Invitation then Invitation Letter with ID proof of the Inviter along with 3 months bank account
  10. If you have travelled Schengen Area previously, then you must provide the visa copy.
  11. If married, you must provide marriage certificate.
