• Valid passport at least (6 months)
• Visa application form: It must be filled and signed
• Three passports sized photos
• Invitation (if required)
• A Cover letter( should include the reason and duration of stay in Armenia)
• Admission letter from the Armenian educational institution
• English language proficiency proof: IELTS or TOEFL score certificates
• Tuition fee receipt
• Educational documents: Certificates, degrees and mark sheets; secondary education graduation certificate or Certificates from the university.
• Evidence of financial means
• Evidence of a valid health insurance

Work Visa Documents Checklist in Armenia

• Valid passport at least (6 months).
• Driver’s licence.
• Photographs.
• Copies of academic qualifications and mark sheets.
• Employment certificate.
• Work experience evidence.
• Reference letter from the employer in the concerned country.
• Signed contract (if any)

Tourist / Visitor Visa Documents Checklist in Armenia

1. Scanned Passport (with 6 months validity & 2 blank pages)
2. Digital Photos (4×4 cm, white background and matte finish).
3. Proofs of Sufficient Funds (Bank Account Statement for 6 months, attested by the bank)
4. Proof of Employment for GST , Registration Deed, N.O.C from Employer , Pay Slip etc.
5. Travel Itinerary with Day Wise detailed proposal.
6. Cover letter must be required.
7. International Credit & Debit Card Copy (attach latest statement of credit card).
8. If going on Invitation then Invitation Letter with ID proof of the Inviter along with 3 months bank account statement, proof of employment and proof of residence of the inviter.
